Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day EHS operations using PMO standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • •Drive safety and innovation on-site by setting benchmarks for modern data center deployment.
  • •Conduct facility inspections to identify hazards, recommend corrective measures, and ensure follow-through.
  • •Develop and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
  • •Participate in accident and injury investigations and support preparation of materials for hearings, lawsuits, and insurance cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations and the company IIPP.
  • •Develop, implement, and deliver safety and orientation training programs.
  • •Inspect facilities to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation.
  • •Maintain safety documentation including audits, inspections, Pre-Task Plans (PTP), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
  • •2+ years of construction-industry experience in a similar role; bachelor’s in occupational health & safety or related field or a BCSP certification (CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST).
