Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct homecare nursing for adult and paediatric patients, including evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions, and evaluation from admission to discharge.
  • •Prepare clinical and progress notes; coordinate services and communicate changes in the client’s condition to treating physicians, supervisor/case manager, and family members.
  • •Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormal values; record medical events, procedures, and medical parameters.
  • •Administer prescribed medications; monitor intravenous infusions and parenteral therapies.
  • •Provide specialized nursing care (e.g., tracheostomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, pacemaker, peritoneal dialysis, ventilator) and support wound care/pressure ulcer prevention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing school in your home country.
  • •Active Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
  • •Critical care qualification and appropriate pediatric qualification (for pediatrics RN).
  • •Current valid registration in country of training and/or country of last employment; eligible for DOH / DHA / MOH licensing.
  • •2 to 5 years of working experience as an RN and ability to speak Arabic.
