Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve forecast accuracy using historical sales data and adjusting for promotions, seasonality, special events, and new products.
  • •Collaborate with category management, marketing, and operations to align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities.
  • •Maintain and adjust purchasing tool parameters such as safety stocks and bank holidays to optimize inventory.
  • •Handle supply planning and replenishment for micro fulfillment centers by creating purchase orders and monitoring supplier deliveries.
  • •Monitor and report country supply chain KPIs and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a Supply Chain / Operations discipline.
  • •Two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, preferably Demand or Supply Planning.
  • •Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Ability to analyze and interpret data and apply critical thinking regularly.
  • •Proficiency in Google Applications; fluent English and Kazakh or Kyrgyz are mandatory.
