Job Summary

Analyze customer usage, telemetry, and operational data to uncover insights that improve products and customer experience and drive business growth. Use advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to build AI-powered analytics solutions, intelligent assistants, and predictive/prescriptive models. Design and optimize data pipelines and ensure data governance, quality, and compliance, while creating dashboards and partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer usage, telemetry, and operational data to generate insights for product innovation, customer experience, and business growth.
•Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to solve complex business and engineering challenges.
•Build AI-powered analytics solutions, intelligent assistants, and data-driven applications using modern AI technologies.
•Design, develop, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that deliver measurable business value.
•Design and optimize data collection, transformation, and analytics pipelines; ensure data quality, governance, and compliance while communicating insights via dashboards to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
•Typically 2–4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics (fresh graduates encouraged).
•Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
•Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling for real-world business problems.
•Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and/or AI agent frameworks (advantage).
