Customer Engineer- Taichung, Linkou (International Talents Applied)

Serve as the direct liaison with semiconductor equipment customers, installing, maintaining, and upgrading complex systems in a manufacturing environment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using standard diagnostic techniques and digital analytics, performing preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure uptime, quality, and smooth escalation support, with shift work and on-call as needed.
