Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
  • •Diagnose technical issues and support corrective actions using standard diagnostic techniques.
  • •Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, vacuum, plasma, and gas systems.
  • •Respond to equipment issues and coordinate escalation with cross-functional teams.
  • •Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure system performance, quality, and uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • •Strong interest in hands-on technical work with troubleshooting skills.
  • •Ability to diagnose technical issues using analytical tools and standard diagnostic techniques.
  • •Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • •Flexibility to support shift schedules (including night shifts/weekends/on-call) and willingness to relocate to Taiwan.
