Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client service delivery for a portfolio of employee benefits clients while providing administrative support.
  • •Respond promptly to client enquiries about existing arrangements, renewals, and changes in circumstances.
  • •Support onboarding of new clients with consultants and ensure benefit packages meet client needs and reporting timelines.
  • •Conduct client research and in-depth analysis of financial contracts, liaising with product providers and HR/third parties.
  • •Generate market intelligence and produce policy summaries, recommendation reports, and portfolio valuations for client reviews.

Key Requirements
