Job Summary

Lead and grow a blended delivery team of technical AI specialists to deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise customer environments. Own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and engineering standards while unblocking escalations and accelerating delivery from sketch to deployable. Serve as the final technical escalation point across advanced LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration, and partner with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into roadmap features.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions inside enterprise customer environments.
•Own delivery team coordination, including capacity planning, talent acquisition, staffing, and operational velocity against delivery metrics.
•Provide AI-augmented, hands-on leadership that fosters an inclusive, psychologically safe engineering culture and fast iteration.
•Serve as final technical escalation point across the Salesforce platform, advanced LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Drive customer and product impact by anchoring executive relationships, guiding enterprise implementations, and partnering with Product/Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring and scaling talent.
•Deep architectural understanding of AI and LLMs plus hands-on experience with enterprise implementation, including data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform, including orchestration to drive production value.
•Strong executive-level communication and influence, with experience navigating high-touch enterprise customer strategies and collaborating with CTOs and enterprise architects.
•A ship-it mindset with exceptional problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a get-things-done approach.
•Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and enterprise data pipelines.
•Relevant Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist).
