Key Requirements

  • •1.5+ years as Store Manager and at least 1.5 years as Subgerente (Assistant Manager) in textile and accessories retail.
  • •Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables) and ability to analyze sales and business information.
  • •Strong store management knowledge with command of commercial indicators (KPIs).
  • •Experience managing inventory (cyclical and general inventories), including controls for rotation and accuracy.
  • •Knowledge of fraud prevention, including cloned cards and counterfeit bills, and ability to manage financial instruments used in-store (e.g., POS terminals).
