Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise installation and alignment of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and related electromechanical systems to keep work on-time and complete per schedule and work plan.
  • •Ensure crews complete and maintain timely, accurate paperwork and documented hours/actions according to company procedures.
  • •Review site installations for high-quality workmanship, ensuring products are assembled per plan and levelled, aligned, cleaned, and completed to detail.
  • •Train crews to interface responsibly and technically with main/sub-contractors, electricians, safety officers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Visit sites regularly, resolve installation problems with the design engineer, monitor progress/quality, and follow up punch-list resolution until customer satisfaction.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •ITE (NITEC) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • •At least five years of relevant site experience in material handling systems (e.g., conveyor, baggage handling, sortation, logistics automation) with proven Site Supervisor experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings such as layouts and circuit diagrams.
  • •Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • •Must be willing to travel within the Asia region with occasional travel to Europe or the Middle East.
