Foreperson

Directly supervise industrial production lines for blown film operations, ensuring startup, run, and shutdown procedures are followed. Oversee processes, equipment, and packers to meet production, quality, quantity, safety, and housekeeping standards while minimizing scrap. Train machine operators and packers on quality checks and the full blown film workflow, troubleshoot extrusion/bag/winder issues, and manage operational communications and order/material readiness.
