Job Summary

Design and maintain a structured training concept to drive consistent adoption of Product Information Management (PIM) and the PIM system across the organization. Develop role-based learning materials and curricula for data roles such as creators, stewards, and approvers. Deliver live, virtual, and self-learning training sessions, coordinate with governance and IT stakeholders, and continuously update content to reflect system changes, process updates, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, maintain, and deliver the PIM, Data Management, and PIM system training concept aligned with approved governance rules, data standards, and processes.
•Define role-based training curricula and learning paths for different PIM user groups based on governance requirements.
•Plan and conduct onboarding, refresher, and update training sessions to enable efficient and compliant use of the PIM system.
•Maintain and update training materials so they reflect current system functionality, processes, and compliance requirements.
•Coordinate training content with PIM Project Coordination, Product Data Management, PIM Governance, IT, and corporate/business stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Experience designing and maintaining structured training concepts for PIM systems, data management, and product data governance aligned with corporate processes and data quality standards.
•Proven ability to develop role-based training materials (onboarding, refresher, advanced) for data roles such as data creators, data stewards, approvers, and governance roles.
•Experience delivering training in multiple formats, including live sessions, virtual trainings, and self-learning materials, to enable knowledge transfer and adoption.
•Experience continuously reviewing and updating training materials based on system changes, process updates, and user feedback.
•Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with clarity and sustainable adoption as a focus.
