Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive-level leadership across multiple concurrent workstation programs, including new platforms, refreshes, sustaining engineering, and customer-driven adaptations.
  • •Own platform execution across architecture alignment, design readiness, validation, manufacturing ramp, and post-launch quality.
  • •Serve as final arbitration for technical risk, priority tradeoffs, scope decisions, and schedule commitments.
  • •Lead organizational and people strategy, including hiring plans, succession planning, promotions, and operating models balancing in-house capabilities with ODM partners.
  • •Steward R&D budgets and guide supplier/ODM engagement, escalations, and regulatory/security compliance to ensure customer readiness.
