•Lead the branch team to exceed customer expectations and drive sales growth while maintaining operational integrity in a high-volume environment
•Direct all colleague and sales activities to ensure key targets are met or exceeded through coaching, performance management, and development plans
•Leverage digital banking platforms to enhance customer experience and accessibility of mobile and online banking
•Build and sustain relationships with the local community and civic organizations to cultivate new and deepen existing customer relationships
•Act as a visible brand ambassador, communicating business priorities to energize and empower staff and guide decision-making

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience with ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence and ensure world-class customer service in a high-volume branch environment
•4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking
•Proven track record of meeting sales goals, deadlines, and branch goals in a profit and loss environment
•Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience as validated by customer satisfaction surveys
•Maintain strong partnerships with community and civic organizations; comply with SAFE Act requirements (background checks and NMLS identifier)
