Job Summary

Drive monthly financial processes and deliver financial and control/compliance analysis focused on Contra Revenue. Perform complex analysis for business units, generate weekly/monthly/long-term forecasting from trends, and provide insights for budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and business strategies. Lead moderate-to-high complexity projects, produce reporting, conduct monthly audits of contra revenue processes, and mentor lower-level roles while partnering cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
•Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support key business initiatives and forecasting (weekly, monthly, long-term) aligned to business objectives.
•Provide counsel on controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of overall business plans and strategies.
•Lead moderate- to high-complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support operational and strategic plan realization.
•Conduct monthly audits of contra revenue processes and mentor/guidance to lower-level roles.

Key Requirements

•Typically 4–7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field (or 3–5 years with an advanced degree).
•Four-year/graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or commensurate experience.
•Perform complex financial analysis for functions/business units, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
•Support controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of business plans and strategies.
•Strong understanding of financial concepts such as accounting, auditing, financial modeling/planning, and internal controls.
