Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • •Conduct routine inspections and manage boiler water quality, water treatment, and boiler blowdown activities.
  • •Record and maintain boiler operating parameters, log sheets, and utility consumption data; troubleshoot abnormal conditions and equipment failures.
  • •Operate, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on utility equipment (e.g., air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, and water treatment systems) and respond to utility breakdowns.
  • •Follow EHS requirements, participate in safety activities, ensure proper PPE use, support safety/GMP compliance (if required), and promote 5S and ISO 9001/ISO 14001/HACCP/GMP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Steam Boiler Operator Grade 1 certificate of competency under the Department of Safety and Health (DOSH).
  • •Proven experience in boiler maintenance and operations.
  • •Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Ability to work shift schedules in the process industry.
  • •Strong technical, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
