•Lead technical design teams creating conceptual layouts and designs for flood control structures and storm drain systems.
•Manage preparation of construction package deliverables including design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
•Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models and support permit applications and technical studies for water resources projects.
•Serve as lead engineer/discipline lead and perform independent technical reviews, providing sign-off on work.
•Provide direction and mentoring to technical staff; coordinate project phases, proposals, and client engineering consultations.

•Proven ability to lead projects and manage project phases for surface water/stormwater work.
•Experience mentoring junior staff and directing technical reviews of engineering reports/design.
