Key Responsibilities

  • •Define engineering strategy and operating processes (build & run) for CortAIx Factory use cases.
  • •Ensure precise, high-quality delivery of use cases by engineering teams, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • •Run project planning, track milestones, and monitor progress rigorously while managing risks and opportunities.
  • •Support teams in optimizing workflow by identifying and removing bottlenecks that delay projects.
  • •Lead continuous improvement via retrospectives, process/practice reviews, and knowledge/capitalization sharing across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing engineering teams delivering projects or products/services.
  • •5+ years of experience in project management and software delivery, with knowledge of complex systems and multi-component architectures being a plus.
  • •Mastery of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • •Ability to apply Lean Management and Agile principles to team management and delivery.
  • •Hold a Master 2 (BAC +5) in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
