Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and attaching/detaching hoses as needed.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery, and monitor all load-out functions.
  • •Operate and maintain automated scale/dump systems and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance with proper recordkeeping.
  • •Maintain quality of inventory, keep work areas clean and safe, perform grounds/warehouse tasks (including loader and forklift operation), and report customer, repair, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements
