Job Summary

Conduct complex financial crimes data analysis to identify, assess, and mitigate financial crimes risk while executing required compliance policies and procedures. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial crimes trends and typologies, make appropriate risk decisions, and produce accurate reports supported by facts. Assumes leadership responsibilities and may support supervisory activities, leads projects/process improvements, and ensures adherence to BSA/AML, OFAC, and CIP requirements and ongoing training.

•Conduct complex data analysis to identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report financial crimes risk.
•Execute compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, including BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, and CIP requirements.
•Write accurate, complete reports supported by facts and make appropriate risk decisions related to financial crimes risk.
•Assume leadership responsibilities within a group or team, including may lead meetings or conduct one-on-ones and participate in supervisory responsibilities.
•Contribute to financial crimes policies, procedures, and risk assessments; lead special projects and process improvement efforts to increase departmental efficiencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,200 - 125,500 annually

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five or more years of financial crimes (or equivalent) experience.

•Ability to use specialized software for blockchain analysis and investigations, and communicate effectively in writing and orally.
