Job Summary

Drive local market strategy and execution for Latin America, identifying regional opportunities and shaping how the trading experience is localized. Own the end-to-end user trading journey across app and web—from discovery and onboarding through order placement and post-trade review. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to ship product improvements, measure impact with regional metrics, and translate user research and insights into a high-impact roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and prioritize business and product opportunities specific to Latin American markets, including payments rails, trading behaviors, regulatory nuances, and competitive gaps.
•Own and optimize the full user trading journey across app and web, from discovery/onboarding through execution and post-trade review.
•Define and execute the product roadmap for regional trading experience improvements, balancing global capabilities with local needs.
•Analyze user behavior, funnel data, and feedback to find high-impact opportunities for conversion, retention, and engagement.
•Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to translate insights into shipped features and iterative improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in consumer-facing products, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
•Solid understanding of manual trading workflows across mobile and web, including different trader personas.
•Ability to translate user research and LatAm market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
•Excellent product sense and attention to detail, with a history of shipping products users love.
•Strong analytical skills and cross-functional leadership to align design, engineering, data, and commercial teams around a shared vision.
