Key Responsibilities

•Embed with enterprise customers to understand procurement and adjacent workflows at the process level, including where decisions break down.
•Build and deploy AI agent solutions using Zip’s AppStudio and AI infrastructure, configured to customer environment and data.
•Own the customer relationship and manage parallel workstreams across a small portfolio of accounts to keep delivery on track.
•Surface the next high-value problem to solve and connect it to expanding contract value.
•Produce architecture documentation and feed structured learnings back to product and engineering to improve repeatability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years working inside enterprise procurement or legal teams.
•Direct experience building AI agents or automated workflows using Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar.
•Track record of owning complex customer engagements independently, from scoping through delivery, with accountability for outcomes.
•Technical fluency to build integrations, read API documentation, and diagnose workflow failures without an engineer on call.
•Procurement or legal domain knowledge to earn credibility quickly with AP Director, CPO, or CLO (CPP/CPSM/CPA or equivalent is a plus).
