Key Responsibilities

  • •Review clinical test results from molecular genetic testing laboratories for accuracy and translate results into LIMS.
  • •Review and analyze raw data files in proper software, resolving routine issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years’ experience as an ASCP-certified Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory environment with knowledge in molecular diagnostics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical technology or laboratory science; or a bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences plus at least six months of acceptable supervised experience and/or relevant training.
  • •Current MT/MDxT/CLS/MB certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB is required.
  • •Ability to review and understand standard operating procedures and comply with GLP and regulatory requirements.
  • •Degree copy required at time of hire; degrees must be from the US or equivalent.
