Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, sourcing new customers and following up to close sales.
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing (purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups), and inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education plus experience may be considered.
  • •Ability to operate POS and demonstrate basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with preferred experience in live-stream shopping or video demos plus clienteling and data acquisition skills.
  • •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
