Job Summary

Join the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) US Finance team to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. Partner with the Head of Finance and ZRS leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, including advanced modeling. Communicate complex financial information to business partners, monitor progress against operational plans, and evaluate initiatives to ensure deliverables are met while driving continuous analytical improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate complex financial information and insights to business partners across multiple functions.
•Prepare key messages, reports, and financial analyses to deliver insights to management teams.
•Support planning and forecasting and explain changes and impacts with business unit leadership.
•Provide advanced financial analysis and modeling for decision-making.
•Monitor/review business progress versus operational plans and evaluate key projects/initiatives to confirm deliverables are met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,500 - 157,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelors Degree and 4+ years of Accounting/Finance experience, OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years, OR Zurich Finance Development Program (2+ years with a Bachelors Degree), OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4+ years.
•Intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of finance and P&L.
•Good communication (written and verbal) with an analytical mindset and critical thinking.
•Knowledgeable of P&L and able to apply industry knowledge to own work.
•Strong Microsoft Office experience (including advanced reporting/analysis).
