Job Summary

Support Raytheon’s LADS Electronics Procurement team by managing end-to-end procurement activities for the LADS business unit. Review technical drawings, specifications, and purchase history to set sourcing strategy, analyze RFQs, and lead negotiation planning while handling exceptions. Document purchase orders, perform post-award supplier management, and collaborate closely with internal IPTs and external suppliers. Remote role with travel up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

•Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy.
•Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents.
•Prepare and issue RFQs and review quotes to analyze results.
•Lead negotiation plans/strategies and address exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or contract requirements.
•Perform routine post-award management and manage significant supplier interactions with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
•Procurement experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or other heavily regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, automotive).
•U.S. Person eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
•Experience in government procurement.
•Ability to analyze cost and pricing data for proposal compliance (FAR 15.4) and demonstrate knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
