Key Responsibilities

•Own substantial work end-to-end from problem clarification to delivery, adoption, and follow-up while balancing feature delivery with sustainable engineering.
•Lead technical direction for team-scoped initiatives: author/review designs and trade-offs with peers and senior engineers.
•Define and uphold quality for the mobile platform: performance, stability, reliability through standards and observability.
•Modernize and strengthen the mobile foundation (stack, architecture, tooling) to enable faster shipping with fewer surprises.
•Grow the team through mentorship, high-signal code reviews, and documentation to spread knowledge

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,800 - 170,100 annually
