Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans in line with bank lending policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor and manage loan credit risk, working with the Vice President, Commercial Banker and Relationship Manager team.
  • •Gather, analyze, and present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
  • •Coordinate processing of approved loans, ensure compliance with agreement and bank policies, and obtain necessary customer information and documentation.
  • •Interface with clients in person, by phone, and via email to assess credit needs and determine required analysis items; support portfolio upkeep and underwriting tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of related experience in portfolio management or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management/commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring and pricing dynamics; credit analyst training completed.
