•Professionally handle inbound calls and email enquiries, providing a warm and helpful first impression.
•Provide accurate and clear information on programmes, events, and donation procedures.
•Address and resolve supporter questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues when needed.
•Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
•Follow communication scripts and guidelines, and collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 35 hourly
