Job Summary

Build and test agentic solutions and software products within Visa’s Product Reliability Engineering team to predict and prevent real-time reliability challenges at global scale. You’ll develop deep learning and AI/ML solutions for high-throughput transactions, design scalable and secure systems, and collaborate across product, test, and DevOps teams in agile squads. The work supports Visa’s digital payments reliability goals, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

•Invent, design, build, and test agentic solutions and software products for global-scale reliability.
•Develop deep learning and AI/ML solutions for real-time transactions at very high throughput and large data volumes.
•Design code and systems aligned with Visa standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and deliver software solutions for commercial products and services.
•Contribute to product reliability improvements, new operations flows, and pilots of new technology capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technology/engineering discipline.
•Experience building modern services and web applications with quality and scalability.
•Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, C++, Go, Python, Scala, JavaScript, or .NET.
•Experience collaborating with Product, Test, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams.
•Preferred: experience developing agentic solutions using tools such as Cline, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Power Automate.
