Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in Hong Kong or other markets.
•Collaborate with People team members and functional stakeholders to develop effective strategies for building a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, source candidates, conduct screenings, participate in the selection process
•Facilitate first-day arrangement and onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
•Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to track progress and insights.

Key Requirements

•Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
•At least 4 years of relevant working experience in Talent Acquisition and has worked as a business partner before for any functional unit.
•Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
•Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
