Sr. Field Performance Technician

Manage, schedule, and complete Sunrun service and warranty work for residential solar and battery systems. Work closely with customers and internal partners while organizing the warranty/service calendar, allocating labor resources, leading best-practice meetings, and supporting onboarding and training for field technicians. Consistently exceed field performance KPIs such as turnaround time, experience rating, and dispatch completion, and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.
