Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy lab-based practical assessments with automated scoring, micro-credentials, and rubric-based evaluations for hands-on skills.
  • •Recruit, train, and facilitate global SME workshops (synchronous/asynchronous) for program design, job task analyses, item writing, technical reviews, and standard setting.
  • •Author, review, and technically validate advanced scenario-based exam questions to ensure alignment with Snowflake platform updates, AI/ML features, and architectural best practices.
  • •Manage end-to-end exam development projects using project management tools/methodologies, coordinating medium-to-large releases on schedule.
  • •Collaborate with psychometricians and delivery vendors to monitor statistical item performance, manage item banks, ensure QTI compliance, and maintain strict exam security.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 189,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in technical content development, certification design, assessment engineering, or IT/technical training for enterprise software environments.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience designing and building technical labs or practical assessments across enterprise cloud/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • •Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from concept to launch using standard PM tools/frameworks.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Education, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Exceptional ability to translate complex cloud architectural patterns into clear assessment objectives and editorial-quality content.
