Teller I

Provide in-branch teller services for deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions with accuracy and customer-first service. Maintain cash drawer balancing and handle cash and check processing within authorized limits while following policies to prevent fraud. Complete compliance-related reporting tasks and uphold Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering procedures. Support cross-sell by listening to customers’ needs, completing thank-you follow-ups, and assisting with branch opening/closing duties.
