Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of experience in colleague communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related roles in-house and/or at a communications agency.
  • •Experience developing and executing colleague communications strategies, campaigns, and engagement programs in large or complex organizations.
  • •Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills to translate complex business topics for different colleague audiences and channels.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and developing effective executive and leadership communications.
  • •Strong judgement and stakeholder management experience for sensitive, complex, fast-moving organizational communications.
