Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete onsite rotations through Cost Accounting (12 months), Financial Planning & Analysis (9 months), and Audit & Compliance (9 months) with locations based on business needs.
  • •Build a strong foundation of corporate finance and accounting concepts across core functional areas.
  • •Develop skills in budgeting and variance analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and cost accounting.
  • •Support financial processes & controls and engage in audit-related work within the rotations.
  • •Use financial tools and systems for planning, control, decision-making, and performance evaluation while maintaining geographic flexibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related degree, or an MS in Accounting, with an overall GPA of 3.0+ completed prior to the start date.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples (e.g., club officer, sports captain, resident advisor) or exceptional leadership of work projects.
  • •Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • •Ability to adapt quickly and view problems as opportunities in changing business circumstances.
  • •U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
