  • •6-8+ years of post–law school corporate or transactional experience, with independent negotiation of pre-M&A contracts such as NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Americas (US/Canada).
  • •Experience with transactional law and working with sophisticated clients, communicating legal advice clearly and concisely.
  • •Experience working with financial services firms such as asset managers or investment banks.
