Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform due diligence on industry and company performance; synthesize research and draw conclusions.
  • •Prepare financial modeling inputs and analyze structuring options considering collateral and borrower valuation.
  • •Draft and prepare the majority of credit approval documents and contribute to internal deal and pipeline meetings.
  • •Coordinate and complete closing process requirements and prepare deal-related materials (term sheets, commitment letters, fee letters).
  • •Monitor and manage portfolio risk ratings, complete annual reviews/modifications, and resolve problem accounts while ensuring compliance and data quality.

Salary: USD 131,300 - 149,800 annually
