•Intervene in real time when unsafe behavior or unexpected events occur (e.g., activate emergency stop or perform recovery)
•Conduct pre-task safety inspections and maintain secure testing environments
•Record safety events and performance data to support continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
•Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
•Ability to stand and move for extended periods
•Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
