Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PASS IPT to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with program objectives.
  • •Oversee development and delivery of performance analysis software, simulation models, and tools to predict and validate missile functionality.
  • •Use EVMS methodologies to track and manage program scope, cost, and schedule.
  • •Participate on the Phase 2 contract proposal team as the lead for PASS task scope and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • •Build and lead a multi-layer team organization with delegated sub-IPTLs and/or Control Account Managers (CAMs), and serve as primary customer interface for PASS IPT scope.
