Job Summary

Lead the PASS Integrated Product Team (IPTL) to develop and execute advanced performance analysis software, simulation models, and tools that predict and validate missile functionality. Own cost, schedule, and technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team, using EVMS methodologies to track scope, cost, and schedule. Build an IPT organization with delegated sub-IPTLs/CAMs, support Phase 2 proposal scope, and serve as the primary Navy customer interface in Tucson, AZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the PASS IPT to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with program objectives.
•Oversee development and delivery of performance analysis software, simulation models, and tools to predict and validate missile functionality.
•Use EVMS methodologies to track and manage program scope, cost, and schedule.
•Participate on the Phase 2 contract proposal team as the lead for PASS task scope and ensure alignment with program objectives.
•Build and lead a multi-layer team organization with delegated sub-IPTLs and/or Control Account Managers (CAMs), and serve as primary customer interface for PASS IPT scope.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience leading teams in software development, performance analysis, modeling, and simulation for complex systems.
•Experience managing resources with multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
•Ability to achieve Raytheon PM Certification Level 4 within one year of hire.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date (U.S. citizenship required).
