Key Responsibilities

•Provide PM leadership for high voltage and EHV projects, including budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, risk monitoring, and contract management to meet client expectations.
•Lead and mentor project management staff, oversee performance reviews, and drive recruitment and retention strategies.
•Coordinate with area/technical managers on resource and subcontracting needs; ensure QA/QC adherence and proper documentation (PMP, QP, PSP, Risk, Communications Plans).
•Lead project kickoff meetings, manage stakeholder engagement, and report progress to clients and leadership teams.
•Support contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and Go/No-Go decisions, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
