Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the commercial team on a major infrastructure project, using cost and contract management techniques for budget control and change control.
  • •Conduct surveys and use electronic distance-measuring equipment and surveying instruments to ascertain locations of natural and human-made features.
  • •Review survey-team information on distances, directions, angles, and elevations, and analyze results to support accurate documentation.
  • •Research legal records and evidence of previous boundaries to determine boundary line locations.
  • •Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports while safeguarding project data confidentiality.
