Job Summary

Lead program governance and delivery quality for AI transformation and ROI-driven deployments, helping optimize data center design and accelerate time-to-value. As Senior Program Manager/Principal Consultant, you’ll manage the Program Office for Dell’s largest customers, accountable for benefits, vision, and delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs. Partner with products and services teams, establish charters and work breakdown structures, manage RAID/change control, and communicate status to C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead establishment of program governance and delivery quality assurance for program artifacts and deliverables.
•Oversee a project portfolio and lead project managers to deliver on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
•Establish and manage RAID, change control, and communication of status to customer and Dell leadership.
•Serve as the single point of contact for executive/management communication across projects and programs.
•Lead and manage the Program Office on behalf of Dell for the organization’s largest customers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Mastery of program and project delivery methods.
•Proven track record managing complex IT services delivery programs (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year).
•Experience leading in complex matrix environments, including regionally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
•Ability to provide internal and external thought leadership.
•15+ years of successive leadership growth across projects, programs, and consulting, with a hands-on approach under pressure.
