Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the curriculum for Global Commercial Customer Success, creating high-quality enablement content (ILT, facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, and assessments).
  • •Contribute to and build learner-journey components inside the curriculum arc, including onboarding, everboarding, and on-demand.
  • •Translate performance expectations into observable behaviors and clear proficiency standards, and design assessments to measure them.
  • •Turn business problems into learning design by partnering with Program Management and Strategy & Operations to identify key behavior and knowledge shifts.
  • •Own learning objectives and design practice, reinforcement, and refresher paths; coordinate with build partners, SMEs, facilitators, operations teams, and test audiences to ensure successful rollouts and maintain content accuracy post-launch.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, Revenue Operations or similar, with experience combining areas as a bonus.
  • •Proven track record designing and building enablement content with measurable learner impact.
  • •Working knowledge of adult learning principles and a learning design methodology (e.g., ADDIE or equivalent).
  • •Ability to design learning materials across modalities (instructor-led, eLearning, simulation, job aids) blending instructional and visual design.
  • •Ability to manage multi-week content projects independently and deliver quality on short timeframes while partnering with SMEs and stakeholders.
