Key Responsibilities

  • •Define equipment and tooling scopes, specifications, and RFQ packages aligned to safety, quality, throughput, maintainability, timing, and cost.
  • •Evaluate supplier proposals, lead technical clarifications, and support purchasing with selection, purchase-order execution, and on-time delivery.
  • •Lead equipment projects from design approval through build, Factory Acceptance Testing, shipment, installation, commissioning, ramp-up, and final acceptance.
  • •Manage launch readiness through schedules, budgets, risk registers, open-issue lists, recovery plans, and escalation paths.
  • •Coordinate Product Design, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve technical and launch issues and deliver operational handoff documentation and training inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •4 years of manufacturing engineering experience in assembly operations, equipment integration, production launch, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of assembly processes, tooling, automation, equipment integration, and production-launch execution.
  • •Experience preparing technical documentation or RFQ inputs and supporting design reviews, acceptance testing, installation, commissioning, or operational handoff.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform essential duties, including safety procedures and job-related communications.
