Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the end-to-end sales onboarding program, including scheduling, materials, and tracking completion and gaps.
  • •Ensure new hires are trained on core sales processes, product knowledge, and messaging.
  • •Run ongoing sales enablement by coordinating recurring training and maintaining the enablement knowledge base/LMS.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing to translate product updates into Sales-ready launch enablement (trainings, briefs, battlecards, FAQs, talk tracks).
  • •Organize enablement tools and content repositories, track engagement, and support assessments to reinforce learning.
