Key Responsibilities

•Function as a Lead Traffic Engineer for projects in Ohio and other Midwest states as needed.
•Provide technical analysis for a wide range of transportation infrastructure and land development projects.
•Perform technical review of Synchro, TransModeler, and other traffic engineering analysis software.
•Interface with staff from a range of other disciplines to support a diverse range of projects.
•Engage in marketing and business development activities, including outreach and coordinating with clients and proposing technical solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,500 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
•7+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and traffic design
•Engineer license
•Safety studies experience/skillset
•Knowledge of traffic engineering tools including Highway Capacity Manual/Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, TransModeler, and other modeling tools
