Own the multi-year strategy and global GTM orchestration for Celonis’ most strategic cloud, data, and frontier AI partnerships. Drive cloud marketplace growth across Azure/AWS and collaborate with Product to ensure integrations deliver immediate customer value while serving as the executive face to partner C-suites.

•Define and execute multi-year global strategy for Cloud and AI partnerships aligned to ACV growth and market expansion.
•Design and implement co-selling frameworks connecting Celonis global sales with partner field teams.
•Lead frontier AI lab partnership strategy positioning the Process Intelligence Graph as an enterprise context layer for LLMs and agentic AI.
•Lead, mentor, and scale global partner managers to drive accountability and professional growth.
•Oversee growth through cloud marketplaces (Azure, AWS) and collaborate with Product to ensure market-leading integrations and customer value.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or strategic sales in SaaS, cloud, or AI.
•Strong cloud fluency with a proven track record working with or within Microsoft, AWS, or Databricks.
•Deep understanding of the AI landscape, including data infrastructure, LLMs, and enterprise AI orchestration.
•Proven experience leading and scaling high-impact teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
