Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution and continuous enhancement of the enterprise Base Risk Assessment (BRA) Oversight Program across business units, corporate functions, and significant legal entities.
  • •Coordinate annual and periodic evaluations, facilitate assessment workshops, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and procedures.
  • •Analyze assessment results to identify trends, concentrations, emerging themes, and material risk exposures; provide challenge to assessment owners.
  • •Review supporting documentation and evidence to substantiate assessment conclusions, escalate material concerns, and address inconsistencies.
  • •Oversee assessment inventories and reporting deliverables (dashboards, scorecards, risk committee materials, executive presentations) and support data quality validation and improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, regulatory compliance, risk consulting, or financial services risk management.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis tools, and experience working with large datasets and reporting environments.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply risk methodologies and standards, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
