Job Summary

Install, test, and maintain audio-visual and video production equipment, including broadcast hardware and IT networking. You’ll configure star networks, set up virtual studio production, and monitor audio-visual links for internal operations and outside broadcasts. Diagnose and repair technical faults, minimize downtime with alternative service methods, and design/custom-build AV circuits and hardware systems. Collaborate with product owners and creative teams while staying current on new AV technologies and best health & safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and test new facilities and equipment for audio-visual and video production
•Crimp and connect hardware using various connectors (BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, XLR)
•Set up and configure hardware AV broadcast and IT networking, including star networks and device communication
•Set up and maintain equipment for virtual studio production and monitor audio-visual links between units
•Diagnose and repair technical faults, minimizing service loss by implementing alternative service methods
