  • •Own solution design and ensure technical delivery aligns with architectural roadmaps and engineering standards.
  • •Champion emerging engineering practices including automation, DevSecOps and AI-assisted development.
  • •Partner with architects and chapter leads to uplift code quality, testing standards and design patterns.

  • •Extensive software engineering experience with a proven track record leading enterprise-scale teams across distributed and mainframe environments.
  • •Deep hands-on expertise in mainframe technologies: COBOL, CICS, JCL and DB2, with experience supporting and evolving mission-critical platforms.
  • •Demonstrated ability to modernise legacy applications into API-driven or cloud-integrated architectures within large transformation programs.
  • •Strong understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing strategies, and secure software delivery.
  • •Broad technical capability across backend, integration, infrastructure and cloud technologies (e.g., APIs, cloud platforms).
